Job summary
Copeland is seeking a Technical Services Manager in Rushville, IN to lead the Engineering, Controls, and Maintenance teams within the Oil Free Centrifugal value stream. This role focuses on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement to meet current and future manufacturing objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 8+ years of experience in control and/or mechanical engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management and supervisory experience.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
- Preferred skills in PLC programming and automation technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Engineering, Maintenance, and Capital Projects to support manufacturing goals.
- Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
- Oversee controls and automation projects, cybersecurity, and plant automation.
- Develop reliability-centered maintenance programs and improve OEE.
- Manage budgets, capital expenditure, and safety/compliance.
