Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering and 3 years of applicable experience.
• Intermediate to advanced CNC machine programming knowledge and experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings with GD&T principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality.
• Experience with 3D CAD software such as NX, SolidWorks or Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development and production launch readiness for component machining.
• Lead regional strategic capital investment projects to specify and implement new equipment.
• Create and modify CNC programs to manufacture products to drawings and tolerances.
• Drive cost reductions and lean improvements in automation and processes.
• Provide project updates to senior leadership and support innovation.
