Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Rushville manufacturing launch of an Oil Free Centrifugal product platform. You will oversee a team, align with Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality and Execution to deliver a ready-to-scale launch and ensure on-time delivery.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive best-practice manufacturing strategies, coordinate vendor activities, and ensure production readiness while maintaining customer-centric delivery

Qualifications

• Strong desire to optimize enterprise processes – Q2C.
• Facilitation or consulting experience is a plus.
• Ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated change leadership and successful change efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team to deliver new product line compressor launch.
• Meet schedule commitments for launch partners with safety, quality and cost targets.
• Lead cross functional teams through complex project aspects.
• Communicate strategy, schedules, and resource requirements across the organization.
• Identify opportunities and drive best practices across global sites.
• Improve supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, IT, HR, and engineering processes.
