Job summary

Copeland in Rushville, IN is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the Technical Services Team across Manufacturing Engineering, Controls Engineering, and Maintenance for the Oil Free Centrifugal value stream. You will drive uptime, productivity, and automation initiatives while developing a high-performing engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in control and/or mechanical engineering positions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong demonstrated project management experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Direct Controls & Automation to strategize plant automation and maintenance.
• Provide leadership for maintenance, reliability, and CMMS planning.
• Oversee Capital Projects & Facility Management, budgets and ROI.
• Ensure Safety, Quality & Compliance across engineering activities.
• Drive strategic planning for multi-year technology and equipment roadmaps.
• Manage budgets and drive cost optimization in engineering and maintenance.
