Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
• Results-driven with a customer service mindset; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate efforts among cross functional teams to complete projects
• Provide product engineering support, including managing pilot parts, pilot runs and pilot data and coordinating ECN status to operations and writing deviations if required.
• Provide support for plant operations, including supporting production and manufacturing as well as in plant quality and engineering needs.
• Lead troubleshooting activities to solve customer, plant or engineering problems.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects.
• Brainstorm and lead cost improvement projects.
• Analyze and present data as needed.
• Demonstrate understanding of functional role.
