Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Technical Services Manager in Rushville, IN to lead the Technical Services Team across Manufacturing Engineering, Controls Engineering, and Maintenance. You’ll drive reliability, capital projects, automation initiatives, safety, and continuous improvement to support current and future business objectives.

The role reports to plant leadership, partners with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, EH&S, and Finance, and requires strategic and hands-on leadership to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• 8+ years in control and/or mechanical engineering within manufacturing.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience and proven project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead division Engineering group to meet safety, productivity, quality and delivery goals; drive lean Six Sigma and 5S/7S.
