Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for our Rushville, IN facility. You will support CNC machining, develop and implement manufacturing solutions, and collaborate with global teams to improve quality and productivity.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a mechanical/manufacturing engineering degree, and strong CAD/CAM skills. This onsite position focuses on cost reduction, automation, and new product development in a highly automated environment.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering or related engineering field.
3+ years of applicable experience.
Ability to interpret technical drawings with GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

Lead New Product Development and production launch readiness for component machining.
Lead regional strategic capital investment projects for new equipment and tooling.
Create and modify CNC programs to drawing tolerances using digital simulation.
Drive cost reductions and continuous improvements via lean principles.
Provide project updates to senior leadership.
Support innovation and implementation of advanced manufacturing technology.
