Dave & Busters Inc. in Warrenville, IL is seeking a Technical Services Manager/Facility Manager to lead maintenance operations, supervise a 3–6 person team, and ensure equipment reliability to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, respond to trouble calls, and train technicians while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance
• Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (≈250 lbs.), climb ladders, and repair/maintain facility machines
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Typical work week: Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm; weekends/evenings as needed; on-call for emergencies

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading a team of 3-6 hourly team members to exceed guests expectations
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment
• Performing all scheduled maintenance duties and responding to trouble calls

THE TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER/FACILITY MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

• Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain the facility machines and equipment
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities
• Typical work week: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, weekends and evenings as needed, and on call for emergencies during business hours
