Dave & Buster's in Florence, AL is seeking a Senior Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results across front- or back-of-house areas under the General Manager.

You will promote positive team relations, analyze financials to grow revenue and control costs, ensure staff training, staffing coverage, and deliver an unparalleled guest experience with a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs in order to meet or exceed annual budgets

THE SENIOR MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house or back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
