Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager to provide leadership and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards across front- and back-of-house teams under the General Manager.

You will oversee daily operations, analyze financials, train staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining safety and maximizing revenue in a fast-paced entertainment restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Strong business acumen and leadership ability.
• Willing to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive team member relations and delegate managerial duties to maintain high staff morale.
• Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs to meet budgets.
• Ensure the execution of staff training programs.
• Ensure staffing levels and management coverage to maximize customer experience.
• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.

THE SENIOR MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house or back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
