Job summary

Main Event in Tulsa is seeking a Technical Services Manager/Facility Manager to lead the facilities team, oversee maintenance, and drive guest satisfaction. The role requires coordinating 3-6 hourly staff, repairing equipment, and responding to maintenance needs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Expect a fast-paced environment with on-site leadership responsibilities, schedule expectations, and opportunities to grow within a two-brand environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 3+ years of building maintenance experience; bowling/pinsetter knowledge a plus.
• Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (~250 lbs.), climb ladders, and repair/maintain facility machines.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading a team of 3-6 hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations.
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment.
• Performing all scheduled and maintenance duties and responding to trouble calls.
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive guest experiences and providing hands-on training to technicians.

Job Description: THE TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER/FACILITY MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance; knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus!
• Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain the facility machines and equipment
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities

Typical work week: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, weekends and evenings as needed, and on call for emergencies during business hours
