Main Event Entertainment in Fayetteville seeks a Technical Services Manager/Facility Manager to lead facility operations, maintenance, and guest experience in a high-energy venue. This role directs a small hourly team, troubleshoots equipment, and ensures safe, clean, and entertaining spaces that align with brand standards.

You will mentor technicians, handle daily challenges, and drive proactive improvements to deliver memorable experiences for guests while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance; knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus.
• Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and repair/maintain facility machines.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
• Effective oral and written communication regarding all responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading a team of 3-6 hourly team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment.

Job Description: THE TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER/FACILITY MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance; knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus!
• Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain the facility machines and equipment
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities

Typical work week: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, weekends and evenings as needed, and on call for emergencies during business hours
