The role requires managing a fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment, guiding a team, and ensuring top-tier maintenance of all facility systems. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of bowling/pinsetter is a plus.
• Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (~250 lbs.), climb ladders, and repair/maintain facility machines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of 3–6 hourly members to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to trouble calls.
• Provide hands-on training to technicians and demonstrate proactive leadership.

THE TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER/FACILITY MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance
• knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus!
• Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain the facility machines and equipment
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities

Typical work week

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, weekends and evenings as needed, and on call for emergencies during business hours

What will you be doing daily?

• Developing and leading a team of 3-6 hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectations
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment
• Performing all scheduled and maintenance duties and responding to trouble calls
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive guest experiences and providing hands-on training to technicians
