Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 (10% bonus on top)

Main duties of the Technical Services Manager include:

• Strategically developing, training and assisting a national team of Field Service Engineers
• Aiding/servicing all major customers thru technical support
• Develop new training programs for the Field Engineers
• Use technical, hands-on expertise to assist the Field Engineers in capital equipment installation, set-up and maintenance projects
• Travel, roughly 30% of the time, to immediately assist key customers
• Act as the face/voice of the company on customer service issues

• Exceptional leadership and training/development skills
• Highly technical background- ideally with knowledge of hydraulic, press, pump or pneumatic systems
• Electrical (PLC) skills are strongly desired
