Job summary

Omni One in Columbus, OH is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead a small team and develop training programs for Field Service Engineers. The role focuses on technical support for major customers, capital equipment installations, and hands-on maintenance assistance.

Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership and training/development skills.
• Highly technical background—knowledge of hydraulic, press, pump or pneumatic systems.
• Electrical (PLC) skills are strongly desired.
• Ability to travel, including overseas.

Responsibilities

• Strategically developing, training and assisting a national team of Field Service Engineers.
• Aiding/servicing all major customers thru technical support.
• Develop new training programs for the Field Engineers.
• Use technical, hands-on expertise to assist the Field Engineers in capital equipment installation, set-up and maintenance projects.
• Travel, roughly 30% of the time, to immediately assist key customers.
• Act as the face/voice of the company on customer service issues.
