Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.
• Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license.
• Expert technical knowledge and strong verbal/written communication.

• Ability to problem solve and analyze complex systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys to determine conditions and scope of work.
• Develop energy conservation strategies for RCx and assist design team integration.
• Review RFPs for equipment and services to ensure project outcomes.
• Coordinate commissioning and peer reviews of design documents.
• Provide technical support to the implementation team and resolve issues.
• Develop training materials and mentor Technical Services staff.
