ENFRA LLC is seeking a Technical Services Engineer I to support Integrated Solutions project delivery. The role provides technical authority in commissioning and energy management across RCx initiatives, collaborating with engineers of record and energy managers to meet project outcomes.

You will contribute to standards development, training, and mentorship within the Technical Services team, while traveling 40–60% to job sites and offices as required.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.
• Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Engineering: provide technical assistance during data collection surveys.
• Design and Pre-Construction: lead site surveys to determine facility conditions and scope.
• Develop energy conservation strategies for RCx projects and integrate with design.
• Review RFQs for equipment/services to ensure project outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers to follow standards and codes.
• Lead on-site commissioning and peer reviews of design documents.
• Mentor Technical Services staff and provide training materials.
