Job summary

ENFRA Solutions seeks a Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects across higher education and healthcare portfolios. You will provide engineering leadership during RCx activities, develop energy conservation strategies, and collaborate with MEP design teams to optimize building automation and energy management systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, documentation, and mentoring of TS staff, with travel 30–40% to job sites and offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
PE license is required.
5+ years of engineering design/energy management/retro commissioning experience.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys.
Coordinate site surveys to determine facility conditions and scope requirements.
Develop energy conservation strategies to execute RCx project scope.
Assist design teams with integration of energy conservation strategies.
Review RFPs for equipment and services to ensure project outcomes.
Review critical equipment and system submittals for conformance.
Conduct commissioning reviews and occasional peer reviews of design documents.
Troubleshoot equipment/system installation and setup problems; assist in upgrades.
Complete technical reports and support development of new tools.
Uphold ENFRA brand by guaranteeing excellence in work execution.
