Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.
• Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and customer orientation.
• Leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor others.
• Ability to problem solve and analyze complex systems.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Engineering: provide technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys.
• Design and Pre-Construction: lead site surveys to determine existing facility conditions and requirements.
• Develop energy conservation strategies for retro-commissioning and integrate them for unified energy management.
• Review RFPs for equipment and services procurement to ensure project outcomes.
• Collaborate with project engineers to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Provide technical support during construction and acceptance, and mentor TS staff.
