Job summary

Oracle in the United States is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to guide customers on Oracle products, perform updates, configurations, and incident remediation, and collaborate with Support and Product Development teams. Generates and maintains customer deliverables and documentation to help customers implement solutions with some supervision.

You will begin to leverage customer insights to identify new service offerings, learn to deliver presentations, and assist in consulting with clients

Responsibilities

• Provides proactive and reactive remote or onsite technical assistance in close cooperation with Support and Product Development teams.
• Assists customers with routine software updates, upgrades, configuration, and incident remediation and educates customers on product features, upgrades, and best practices.
