Qualifications

• 3+ years of scheduling/dispatching, customer service, or project coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• CRM/ERP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and long-range field service schedules.
• Schedule calibrations, maintenance visits, repairs, and installations.
• Maintain schedules and commitments up to one year in advance.
• Assign technicians based on skills and location.
• Communicate with customers and follow up after service.
• Assist with project coordination and documentation.
