Job summary

Skyjack Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Representative to provide comprehensive support to customers on Skyjack equipment. The role focuses on telephone support for repairs and product issues, driving new product launches, and delivering technical training.

You will work cross-functionally to resolve issues while promoting services and products. Responsibilities include delivering technical assistance, training customer service staff, producing weekly reports, and interpreting manuals,

Qualifications

• Minimum three years customer service experience; aerial work platform industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently performing service and repair tasks as needed.
• Possess strong system and hardware skills.
• Ability to use communications software and possess above average computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate motivation and continuous learning to update technical skills.
• Valid Passport.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and training to customers in support of Skyjack products.
• Provide appropriate training for customer service to improve responsiveness and knowledge.
• Complete weekly reports in a timely manner.
• Read and interpret manuals for setup, calibration, operation, repair, maintenance and testing.
• Read data in technical drawings and schematics.
• Travel across the US as required and visit corporate office in Ontario, CA.
