Job summary

Lincotek Surface Solutions in New York, NY, is hiring a Customer Service Associate and Logistics Support to manage customer orders from receipt through invoicing, ensuring accurate SAP processing and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics, provide order updates, and act as backup to the Logistics Supervisor. Strong communication and SAP skills required; high school diploma preferred.

• Intermediate SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract review and resolve PO discrepancies.
• Create and manage SAP sales orders with backlog accuracy.
• Enter and update commit dates in SAP and portals.
• Monitor priorities, forecasts, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving for orders and shipments.
• Communicate shipping priorities and special delivery needs.
• Assist Goods Receipts (GRs) in SAP.
• Assist with PGI and invoicing in SAP.
• Support customer insert management with Logistics.
• Provide order status updates via email, portals, meetings.
• Understand PO requirements and ensure delivery per terms.
• Backup Logistics Supervisor for invoicing and shipment priorities.
• Maintain organized records per company requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
