Job summary

Closure Systems International, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for bottler locations and internal teams. You will input and manage orders in ERP, resolve issues, and support forecasting and planning with proactive information gathering.

You will collaborate across departments, uphold compliance policies, and travel as needed to sites while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude and exemplary customer service.
• Collaborates well with others to achieve group objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for bottler locations.
• Input closure orders in ERP and communicate internally as needed.
• Initiate troubleshooting of customer complaints and oversee resolution.
• Provide input to National Account Manager on forecasting-impacting changes.
• Proactively call to gather information for decision making.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on item resolution and collections.
• Identify areas for process improvements and monitor goals with supervisor.
• Adhere to import/export compliance and company policies.
