Job summary

Networks Connect in Indiana seeks a proactive Technical Inside Sales professional to support order entry, submittals, equipment procurement, and project coordination with outside sales teams. You will ensure accurate documentation and responsive service to customers.

You will collaborate across departments to meet customer requirements, prepare proposals and quotes, and help drive on-time delivery while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum inside sales or sales support experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management concepts.
• Proficient with order entry systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
• Provide responsive customer service and follow-up to maintain relationships.
• Support outside sales with lead generation, follow-ups, and order coordination.
