Job summary

Super Products LLC in Mukwonago, WI is seeking a Technical Service Representative to provide after-sales support, diagnose issues, and train customers and dealers. You will author service bulletins and participate in case reviews with engineering and manufacturing to drive improvements.

A technical degree with 5 years in technical service is preferred, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and field readiness.

Qualifications

Technical degree preferred in the mechanical or electrical field plus five (5) years’ experience in technical service, electrical and/or mechanical field.
Ability to read and analyze electrical and hydraulic prints and schematics.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to train customers and dealers.

Responsibilities

Provide after-sales phone support to customers and dealers, troubleshooting service issues.
Coordinate development and delivery of product training on service elements.
Author service and upgrade bulletins to inform the field in a timely manner.
Review open service cases with teams to determine next steps and actions.
Analyze service data with engineering and manufacturing to identify failure trends and corrective actions.
