Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in electromechanical fields.
• Minimum two years in technical services or related area.
• Knowledge of electronic controls, pneumatics, plumbing, networking, and pumps preferred.
• Experience with machinery assembly, installation, or troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and distributors, troubleshoot equipment issues, and assist with installations.
• Deliver product training and maintain service records.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Parts, and R&D to improve product performance.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Conduct site evaluations and field service visits.
