Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Technical Service Operation Center Manager (Surgical) in Bridgewater, NJ, with the option to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. The role oversees product evaluation, repair needs, training, and technical phone support for ophthalmic surgical products.

Travel is expected up to 95% domestically, with trips up to five days. Eligible U.S.-based employees may receive incentives, health and retirement benefits, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Conduct or oversee product evaluation of returned equipment.
• Assess equipment repair needs.
• Determine department training requirements and conduct and/or delegate training.
• Plan, conduct and oversee technical phone support activities.
• Determine workflow and labor rate.
• Set and oversee work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., subject to ability to travel domestically approx. 95% of the time, up to approx. 5 days/trip, to install, repair and maintain ophthalmic surgical products.
