Qualifications

• Experience with electrical distribution equipment and testing procedures.
• Knowledge of industry standards (NETA, NEC, OSHA, NFPA) and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of location/department and address local business topics.
• Hire, train, and mentor direct reports; conduct reviews and develop goals.
• Schedule work, coordinate large jobs, and ensure profitability.
• Provide technical options to customers; review quotes and test reports.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure safety compliance with HSE.
• Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
