Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead operations nationwide. The role emphasizes developing client relationships, mentoring staff, and delivering profitable, safe solutions across industrial and utility environments.

The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in electrical testing (NETA/NEC/OSHA/NFPA), and willingness to travel up to 85% with flexible hours. A related degree or equivalent experience is expected, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in related field.
• Knowledge of NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA standards.
• Experience with MCCs, breakers, relay testing; military training acceptable.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license for company vehicle positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned location/department.
• Hire, train, and mentor direct reports; conduct interviews and reviews.
• Schedule local team and coordinate larger jobs.
• Provide technical options, prepare quotes, and review test reports.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and vendors; ensure customer service.
• Review jobs for profitability.
• Work with leadership to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and ensure safety compliance with HSE.
• Observe safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain NETA certification and pursue next level testing.
• Other duties as assigned.
