RESA Power, LLC seeks a Technical Service Manager- Transformer Solutions to lead daily operations across nationwide locations and guide a team of technicians. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and customer-focused service, with up to 85% travel and compensation $60.00-$75.00 per hour plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field or experience equivalency.
• Knowledge of NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA standards.
• Prefer experience with MCCs, Breakers, relay testing or related training vendors.
• Thorough understanding of heavy industrial, utility, large commercial, renewable energy environments.
• Must adhere to electrical safety procedures and work flexibly including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of location/department and provide solutions to local topics.
• Hire and train direct reports; conduct interviews and set development goals.
• Schedule work and coordinate larger job timelines with other managers.
• Review quotes, perform job walks, and audit field work for quality and profitability.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and effective vendor communication.
• Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
