Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience servicing and troubleshooting digital office equipment, such as copiers, multifunction printers, and related technology.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or developing employees.
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with IT connectivity and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Service Technicians.
• Plan and coordinate technician workloads and service coverage.
• Support technicians in the field and step in on service calls when additional expertise or coverage is needed.
• Help resolve escalated customer and technical issues.
• Conduct regular field observations and coaching sessions.
• Monitor key service metrics such as first-visit fix, calls per day, call duration, territory coverage, inventory accuracy, and parts usage.
• Identify training and development needs and partner with leadership to strengthen technician capabilities.
• Manage parts and inventory goals while supporting efficient service operations.
• Use service management systems and database tools to route and reassign calls.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, technicians, and internal partners.
• Create a positive, collaborative environment where technicians can do their best work.
