Job summary

FlackTek Manufacturing Inc is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead and develop the global Technical Service Department, overseeing remote support, field service, preventive maintenance, factory repairs, and Assurance Plans to deliver fast, accurate, and professional resolutions for customers worldwide.

You will coach a growing team of service professionals, drive improvements in response times, uptime, and customer satisfaction, and partner with Engineering, Quality, Production and Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years in technical service, field service, or industrial equipment support.
• Experience leading on-site and remote teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Technical Service team to deliver excellent customer support and troubleshooting.
• Forecast service demand and manage staffing, technician capacity, and scheduling.
• Own customer responsiveness and communication standards across channels and ensure timely updates.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and field service execution, including dispatch and documentation.
