Job summary

ZEISS Group in Maple Grove, MN invites you to a 6-month, full-time internship in the Technical Service 2nd Level department. You will analyze cases, lead small projects, and propose improvements that enhance service quality and customer support.

We seek enrolled students in a relevant Bachelor's or Master’s program with strong initiative, communication skills, and good MS Office knowledge. The internship pays $20.00–$24.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, with potential for continued part-time work

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Strong creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; confident presenting to stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, time management, and basic project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support 2nd Level Service by analyzing cases and suggesting improvements to processes.
• Lead small projects as project lead for 2nd Level Service tasks.
• Participate in data collection, record updates, and follow-up on open 2nd Level issues.
• Prepare concise written summaries, simple reports, and short presentations on 2nd Level service topics and metrics.
• Present key findings and lessons learned to top management at the end of the internship.
