Job summary

This internship requires enrollment in a related Bachelor’s or Master’s program, strong problem‑solving, organization, and communication skills, and a 40‑hour work week.

• Very good Microsoft Office skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support 2nd Level Service by analyzing cases and suggesting improvements to processes.
• Support 2nd Level as project lead for small projects.
• Take initiative in tasks such as data collection, record updates, and follow-up on open 2nd Level issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline 2nd Level workflows and improve service quality.
• Use basic database and reporting skills to extract and review service and equipment data.
• Prepare concise written summaries, simple reports, and short presentations on 2nd Level service topics and metrics.
• Present key findings and lessons learned to top management at the end of the internship.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the 2nd Level Service team.
