WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a Service Engineering Specialist to handle technical calls and emails related to post-sales troubleshooting, programming, and wiring for WEG products.

The role requires knowledge of schematics, service manuals, and the ability to perform root-cause analyses. You will provide quotes for repairs and support field engineers while maintaining organized labs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to customers by phone or email for post-sales troubleshooting and wiring for WEG products.
• Provides after-hours phone support.
• Sends Field Service Request Form to customers when requested or when scope extends beyond expected boundaries.
• Assists field support personnel by providing drawings and using WEG resources.
