Job summary

Relevant Industrial is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure the proper execution and delivery of technical support for rotating equipment. The role focuses on customer and distributor satisfaction while achieving timely service and order fulfillment.

You will work closely with teams to maintain smooth operations and clear communication with customers. The position requires five years in heavy equipment, three years in customer service, and a strong problem-solving mindset to support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five years of experience in heavy equipment industry is required.
• Three years of practical experience in customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general order intake functions.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers and distributors.
• Respond to inquiries regarding stock balance, pricing, and availability; enter subsequent customer orders.
• Assist in investigating issues related to inventory, pricing, deliveries, returns, credits, and technical problems.
• Track incoming shipments and back orders.
• Ensure accurate daily filing of customer orders, invoices, acknowledgments, and departmental communications.
