This six‑month development program pairs you with a mentor, combines classroom training with hands‑on customer interactions, and places you with local sales and operations teams to deliver solutions for building owners, architects, and engineers while building your technical and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6‑month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful outcomes.
