Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching its Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in the United States. This 6-month development track pairs you with a dedicated mentor and a nationwide sales network to gain technical sales expertise and business acumen while delivering real-world customer outcomes.

You'll learn fire safety equipment and building solutions, support proposals, and build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners as you prepare for a high-growth sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with anticipated graduation date Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver outcomes.
