Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in the United States for new graduates. You will undergo a 6-month structured development cycle, paired with mentors, to build technical sales acumen and customer relationship skills across building solutions.

You will learn about fire equipment, services, and sustainability, while supporting proposals and projects. This paid program includes mentorship, training, and career growth opportunities within a global leader.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
