Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in the United States to develop recent graduates into technical sales professionals. Participants will rotate through a 6‑month development track, paired with a mentor, and gain practical exposure to fire equipment, services, and building solutions.

You will collaborate with sales and operations teams, engage with contractors and engineers, and deliver customer‑facing proposals that demonstrate sustainable building

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (as required).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with anticipated graduation date in 2026.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6‑month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
