Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching a 6-month Early Career Sales Training (BEST) Program in the United States. You will join a structured development track, paired with a mentor, and gain classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions to build technical and business acumen for a high-growth sales career.

The program will connect you with a national network of sales professionals, with opportunities to engage contractors, engineers, and building owners while developing relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with anticipated graduation date Dec 2026 to May/Jun 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Security equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
