Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in related field or MS/MA with 8+ years.
• Experience in safety products and services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel and manage field activities; frequent in-person meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Drives regional trade expansion and growth in adjacent markets.
• Builds relationships with contractors, engineers, suppliers, owners, and other stakeholders.
• Identifies new private and public project opportunities within defined territory.
• Coordinates with Marketing for conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
• Develops annual business plans with Regional Trade Manager and leadership.
