Purpose / General Description:
Point of contact to ensure all parts orders are entered, processed, and tracked until delivery. Provide troubleshooting for customer orders and account statuses. Inspect all make part orders to ensure they are entered correctly by the Team prior to processing. Maintain a daily spreadsheet for all orders and track daily shipment and on time delivery percentages.
