Reporting Line

This position reports to Sales Team Lead.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the assigned Sales organization and customers during the proposal process. You will serve as a key technical resource, preparing technical descriptions of products and technology, determining costs, and finalizing documentation.

The work model for this role is remote. #LI-Remote

This role contributes to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division.

Main Responsibilities

• Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers, channels, and Sales Specialists about ABB products, systems, and applications.
• Performing analytical and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions.
• Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving customer problems, ensuring targets for orders, NPV, and NPS are met.
• Achieving budget goals, including volume and profitable growth across product groups and countries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or similar; or an associate degree in business, engineering, communication, or equivalent experience.
• Must have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.
