Reporting Line

This position reports to Sales Team Lead.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the assigned Sales organization and customers during the proposal process. You will serve as a key technical resource, prepare technical descriptions of products and technology, determine costs, and prepare final documentation.

The work model for this role is remote. #LI-Remote

This role contributes to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division.

Main Responsibilities

• Offer technical advice and solutions to inquiries from customers, channels, and Sales Specialists about ABB products, systems, and applications.
• Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions for customer needs and complex inquiries.
• Develop and maintain new sales opportunities, resolve customer problems, and ensure targets for orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) are met.
• Achieve budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth across all assigned product groups and countries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a related role; or an associate degree in business, engineering, communication; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have work authorization to work in the US.
