Position Overview

Under moderate supervision, the Technical Sales Support Specialist prepares information and proposals for contracts. This position can be based out of our Springfield, MO office, Monett, MO office, or remotely throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities
  1. Order processing by proofreading and verifying proposals to meet customer and JHA system requirements.
  2. Resolving errors in proposals in a timely manner.
  3. Coordinating internal and external activities to maintain high quality, low cost, system-supported products and solutions.
  4. Maintaining knowledge of product offerings, vendors, and sources of detailed information to assist during product and vendor evaluations.
  5. Maintaining the proposal and quoting system, standard service pricing, and procedure documents.
  6. Performing other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. At least 18 months of IT, Banking, or Sales Support experience.
  2. Highly organized with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience working on projects of limited scope and complexity, following standard practices.
  2. Basic project management skills.
  3. Basic knowledge of the networking industry.
  4. Exceptional customer relation skills.
  5. Ability to stay current with product knowledge and learn about company products and services.
