Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails to assist architects, designers, builders and distributors with post-sales support.
• Provide customers with technical product knowledge on installation and limitations.
• Host weekly internal service meetings with cross-functional teams to address issues.
• Log and troubleshoot service cases after delivery.
• Coordinate with planners to confirm delivery ETAs.
• Collaborate with logistics to obtain freight quotes and tracking info; submit damage claims.
• Work with Finance and Supply Chain for credits and returns.
• Create quotes and review drawings to finalize replacement orders.
• Support independent sales reps with field troubleshooting.
