Job summary

Studco Building Systems Pty Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales professional to work in person at our Webster NY facility. You will collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to ensure customer satisfaction and secure orders.

The role focuses on the EZ Concept product line, providing technical knowledge, training, and end-to-end solutions to architects, designers, builders, and distributors. A strong background in sales and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a professional selling environment.
• Professional demeanor, high-energy, fast-paced and focused.
• Proactive selling skills and fanatical customer service.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to handle technical information.
• Stress and time management abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist architects, designers, builders, and distributors with consultative feedback.
• Provide customers with technical product knowledge and upsell products and end-to-end solutions.
• Qualify quotes and orders and guide customers through buying process.
• Perform virtual trainings to architects and builders on products/services.
• Support generating quotes and review drawings to finalize orders.
• Respond to email inquiries and web chats from customers.
• Support independent sales reps with marketing material and samples.
• Maintain confidentiality of business, manufacturing, and supplier details.
• Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager of Inside Sales and Business Development.
