RedBuilt is hiring a Technical Sales Support Specialist to partner with regional Technical Reps, Bid Desk, and Project Managers to support project execution and develop long-term customer relationships in the engineered wood products sector.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators who can manage multiple priorities, use Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and contribute to a team-focused sales effort in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication; can manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Backgrounds in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Interest in construction, manufacturing or engineered wood products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Sales Reps, Bid Desk and Project Management groups.
• Generate project material take-offs and estimates.
• Assist structural engineering professionals and architectural firms with RedBuilt product specification.
• Problem-solve with internal teams and design/construction communities.
• Exercise discretion in prioritizing tasks and resolving customer concerns.
• Prepare sold projects for hand-off to the RedBuilt design team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Review invitations to bid to qualify projects to pursue.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and internal workflows.
• Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs to support sales team.
